Penfolds 'St. Henri', Shiraz, 1997

Smell: Mossy, dirt, mushroom.
Taste: Complicated--its subtleties are difficult to describe. Earthy, mushroomy and prune. Has great counter-transference--it has broken through the neutral barrier.
Finish: Smooth as silk. Dry prune finish--not sweet. Damn good!
